My Story
Welcome! My name is Carolyn English and I am a Culinary Nutritionist with a Master's degree in Nutrition. I also hold certificates in Culinary Nutrition, Plant Based Nutrition, Plant Based Culinary Arts and Mediterranean Diet in the management of cardiovascular diseases.
Being trained in plant based nutrition means that the majority of foods I promote are plant based, however, there is a place for small amounts of meat and dairy in a healthy diet, which I also occasionally consume. This way of eating is aligned with the Mediterranean Diet, one of the healthiest diets in the world.
As a nutritionist, I specialise in helping clients achieve their best health through dietary and lifestyle changes that can be maintained for life. I promote nutrition in line with evidence based research. I interpret scientific research on nutrition and translate it into recipes that can be used by everyone to promote better health.
I don't believe in fad diets or expensive and unnecessary supplements. I believe the best way to achieve health and longevity is through eating a wholesome diet that tastes great and is easy to maintain.
