This Bliss Ball recipe works as a perfect snack as it contains a source of fibre, a source of protein and a fruit which all help to regulate blood sugar levels and leave you energized without a post-snack crash that happens when you eat sugary snacks.

Ingredients

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts

1 tsp coconut oil

4 passion fruits (pulp)

4 Medjool dates (pitted)

1/2 cup rolled oats
Directions
​
Reserve 1/4 cup coconut. Pulse macadamia nuts in a food processor or blender. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Roll into small sized balls. Roll balls in remaining coconut. Make 20 balls.
